Raven co-creator Marv Wolfman will return to the Teen Titans character with a 12-issue miniseries debuting in January from DC Comics.
RELATED: Everyone’s Favorite Goth Teen Titan Returns in Raven #1
The writer is joined on Raven: Daughter of Darkness by artist Pop Mhan (The Flash, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe) for a story in which Rachel Roth faces a supernatural threat while struggling with personal drama as her mother reenters her life.
A follow-up to Wolfman’s previous Raven miniseries, Daughter of Darkness will also feature another of the writer’s co-creation, the mysterious sorcerer Baron Winters, the unethical and manipulative leader of Night Force, a team of heroes introduced in 1982 to confront supernatural threats. The DC announcement notes that, despite Winters’ sometimes-murky morals, he appears in this miniseries to be interceding on Raven’s behalf.
