Ever dreamed of being a 10-year-old Pokemon master?

Today, the Pokemon Company unveiled its latest Pocket Monster experience. It's called "Pokemon Go." Here's the debut trailer.

Pokemon have always used real-world locations as inspiration for their games but the new instalment will surely top anything they've ever achieved before.

"Pokemon Go" will allow players to catch, trade and battle in the real world by gaining information about the creatures' locations.

So, once you've caught your Pokemon, you can train them up and battle against other people. Pretty cool, ay?

The game will feature in-app purchases and you can also get a smartwatch-like companion device called Pokemon Go Plus that allows you to give commands to Pokemon more easily.

The game will be available for download at no charge on the App Store and Google Play in 2016.
