New subtitled trailer streamed FUNimation Entertainment announced on Friday that it will offer a simuldub for the television anime adaptation of Yūki Tabata's Black Clover manga this fall. The company began streaming a new subtitled trailer to accompany the announcement. The anime will premiere in Japan on October 3 and air on TV Tokyo and its affiliates on Tuesdays at 6:25 p.m. Crunchyroll will stream the series with English subtitles starting in October, and it describes the series: In a world where magic is everything, Asta and Yuno are both found abandoned at a church on the same day. Himawari manga centers on 3 childhood friends in rural Hiroshima This year's 29th issue of Akita Shoten's Weekly Shōnen Champion magazine revealed on Thursday that Tetsuhiro Hirakawa is launching a new manga titled Himawari (Sunflowers) in the magazine's 42nd issue on September 14. The magazine teases the manga's story as centering on Ren Minami, a second-year high school student in the rural town of Yamaai, Hiroshima, who lives an everyday life full of brawling alongside his childhood friends Kiyoharu and Kagura. Ren, Kiyoharu, and Kagura's lives are greatly changed after one day. Hirakawa posted a preview image of the new manga (pictured at right) on Friday. Hirakawa launched the Clover manga in Weekly Shōnen Champion in 2007, and ended it in October 2015. Akita Shoten published 43 compiled book volumes for the manga. Itowokashi previously performed themes for Twin Star Exorcists This year's 41st issue of Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine revealed the theme song artists on Monday for the television anime adaptation of Yūki Tabata's Black Clover manga. Four-member band Kankaku Piero are performing the opening theme song "Haruka Mirai," and two-person unit Itowokashi are performing the ending theme song "Aoi Honō" (Blue Flame). Itowokashi previously performed the fourth opening theme song and the third ending theme song for the Twin Star Exorcists anime series.
