Attack on Titan is Unstoppable, With 52 Million Copies Sold Worldwide

The manga series has dominated not only in Japan but even across the globe by having over 52 million copies in print globally.

That means Attack on Titan has already beaten so many other top franchises in manga sales like Fairy Tail(25 million), Death Note(30 million) and Gintama(46 million)

What's more, while the manga still has a long future ahead of, Attack on Titan has showed its potential to catch up with the all time records of much longer manga series.

In fact, before the manga’s success were a series of rejections and heartbreaks. The 29-year-old manga artist revealed he almost gave up the story after various publishers turned him down due to poor quality drawings.

No matter how you feel about Attack on Titan, it has been proven to be one of the more successful manga series in recent years, with a 25 episode anime adaptation, two live action movies, three light novels, six spin-off manga, and several video games.

And most of anime fans are looking forward to the debut of Attack on Titan Season 2. Aren't you?
